Advice Whilst we are more than happy to discuss problems over the phone or by e-mail, it's not always possible if the shop is busy. However, we prefer customers to call into the shop as it's easier to discuss problems face to face to ensure that the correct advice is given.
Setting up a new tank? Setting up a new tank can be a very daunting task and, in order to ensure it is done right the first time, we suggest you make an appointment to discuss your requirements. As weekends can be extremely busy we encourage customers to make appointments during the week if at all possible - or Friday evenings when we are open until 8pm.
Water Testing is the most important factor of fish-keeping and should be undertaken on a regular basis. Although it's always advisable for hobbyists to have their own test kits we do offer a water testing facility in the shop where we can test for pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate.
Delivery Service All large items can be delivered locally at a small cost, or arranged through a courier for UK-wide distribution.
Loyalty Card For our loyal customers we have a loyalty card. For just £10 a year customers with a loyalty card will receive 10% discount off all dry goods (excluding gift vouchers) and livestock - the discount may not apply to items which are already on special offer.
